DORA Toolkit ("we", "us", "our") provides digital compliance products designed to help financial entities meet the requirements of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). Our products are Excel-based tools and templates created by compliance practitioners with hands-on experience implementing DORA within financial institutions.

All products sold through DORA Toolkit are digital downloads, primarily in Microsoft Excel format (.xlsx). Upon completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to download the product files. No physical goods are shipped.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which handles all payment processing, invoicing, and EU VAT compliance on our behalf. We do not store your credit card or payment details.

Regulatory requirements evolve. While we strive to keep our products up to date, we cannot guarantee they reflect the very latest regulatory changes at every moment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DORA Toolkit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our products.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
All products, content, designs, and materials provided by DORA Toolkit are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The purchase of a product grants you a usage license as described above; it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy. Refunds are available for products that have not been substantially downloaded or used, and are limited to one refund per customer per product. We reserve the right to deny refunds where we detect patterns of abuse.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence within the EU.
