We stand behind our tools. If they don't meet your needs, we'll work with you to make it right.

Our Promise

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our tools are built by a practicing CISO to solve real compliance challenges, and we stand behind their quality. However, we understand that a product might not fit every organization's specific needs.

That's why every DORA Toolkit product comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with a product, simply let us know within 30 days and we'll process a refund, subject to the conditions below.

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is straightforward:

  1. Send us an email at contact@dora-toolkit.eu with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy) so we can locate your order quickly.
  3. Let us know what went wrong. We appreciate feedback so we can improve our products and may be able to resolve your issue directly.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we confirm your request.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Digital Product Access

Since our products are digital downloads, please note that product access and download links will be revoked upon processing a refund. You should discontinue use of the product files after receiving your refund.

Eligibility & Conditions

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The guarantee applies to all products sold through DORA Toolkit, including individual tools and bundles.
  • Refunds are available for products that have not been substantially downloaded or used. If you've already integrated the templates into your compliance workflows, we encourage you to reach out so we can help resolve any issues instead.
  • We allow one refund per customer per product. This ensures the guarantee remains fair for everyone.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds where we detect patterns of abuse (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds across products, or bulk downloading followed by immediate refund requests).
  • If you purchased a bundle and would like to refund only part of it, please contact us and we'll work out a fair solution.
